<p>Die Provinz liegt im Süden der Insel und grenzt im Norden an die Provinz <a href="Bioko_Norte" title="Bioko Norte">Bioko Norte</a>. Bioko liegt bei 4° nördlicher Breite und 8° östlicher Länge etwa 40 km vor der Küste von <a href="Kamerun" title="Kamerun">Kamerun</a>.
